ram slot ✓ List of Motherboards with 4 RAM Slots

The problem is that when have a memory stick in DIMM slot A1 or A2 and try to start the computer I end up with a black screen and the motherboard Q-coderam slot,Move the original RAM to slots 1&2 and install the new modules to slots 3&4 to get the maximum memory speed

The last 2 slots don't seem to be working When the rams sticks are placed 2-4 or 1-3 the computer doesn't boot When the ram sticks are placed 1-2 it boots ram slot,I need to find out how many RAM slot via lshw command or greping proc don't want to open my laptop How can I find out?
